The 17th was the first day back at school after the Songkran holiday. But l just had 2 hours of language class because Dr. Kerbo got food poisoning.
After class got laundry and went to Carrefour (a Wal Mart type store) But the sangtaow driver miss understood where Carrie, Shirley, Courtney, and I wanted to go. The driver first took us to the Central Airport Mall which store is on the opposite end of Carrefour. So, by the time we got to Carrefour it took 45 min. But once there I got what I needed at Carrefour e.g. shampoo and soap.
After Carrefour we went to go to dinner at an Italian Restaurant (Giogiano) which was actually legit because the owner was from Italy. The dinner was really good. I got spaghetti marinara with grilled veggies and mushrooms. Free bread too. During dinner a total of the 6 of us got 2 liters of the house red wine, so by the end of dinner everyone was pretty buzzed. Everyone’s dinner and wine cost a grand total of 3, 300 Baht ~ $100 which I think is a good deal for how much we got.
After dinner we went over to the best roti man and made a 10min long video which is pretty funny. I’ll post when I get the chance.
